Are you a seed seller or an authorized representative? Use this form to request a review of an existing SeedsByZone listing or provide corrections to published business information.

How listing claims work

SeedsByZone is an independent directory built from seed sellers' own published information. A claim request allows a seller or authorized representative to identify an existing listing and request that its information be reviewed.

Claims do not automatically change published records. All requested changes are reviewed against supporting information.

What to include

  • The seller's business name.
  • The existing directory listing URL, if available.
  • Your role or relationship to the seller.
  • The seller's official website.
  • Links supporting any requested corrections.

If the seller does not currently have a directory listing, use the seller submission form instead.

Link to the seller's published information supporting any requested changes.

Requests are reviewed before any listing changes are published. Submission does not guarantee a claim will be approved. See our Privacy Policy.

What happens after a claim request?

  1. Submission: Your request enters the pending review process.
  2. Review: The submitted information and supporting seller-published sources are examined.
  3. Verification: Requested climate specializations, zone focus, and ordering information must be supported by published evidence.
  4. Decision: Any accepted changes are reviewed before they appear in the public directory.

Claiming a listing does not provide the ability to directly edit the public directory.
